Teacher, Mentor, Writer, Curator. Exploring the language of the body and the art of being.

My work bridges somatic exploration with anatomical precision to cultivate embodied perception and kinesthetic understanding.

I guide people in slowing down, listening inwardly, and seeing the body as a source of awareness and insight. Through mindfulness, yoga, and body-based practices, I help others create safety in the body, reconnect to inner knowing, and move from doing to being.

While my work has lived in many places—retreat centers, college curriculums, yoga teacher trainings, and intimate one-on-one sessions—at the heart of it all is something much simpler.

Its about meeting ourselves with more honesty. To feel what’s been living beneath the surface and soften long-held patterns stored in the tissues. To build a relationship with the body that feels sustainable, wise, and grounded.

I live in Detroit, Michigan, where I founded a bodywork studio, teach locally, and host retreats worldwide. My work is rooted in the belief that personal healing and collective liberation are inseparable, and that embodied self-awareness creates the foundation for authentic leadership, belonging, and authenticity.
