Fieldwork Spring Cohort: March 25th — May 20th, 2026

Step into the life that has always been waiting beneath the surface. Unearth what’s buried in your body and nervous system, soften old pathways, repattern your inner landscape, and carry that clarity into the spacious, coherent field—an inner terrain that is resilient, adaptive, and self-guided.

Unearth Subtleties. Rewrite Patterns. Expand Horizons

For the person who knows there’s a quieter, truer way to live—and is ready to stop forcing change from the outside in.

For those who are done living in default mode, and are aware that the old ways of moving, coping, and striving no longer fit.

This is for those who want to feel at home in their body, dismantle inherited patterns, and build self-trust that doesn’t collapse under pressure.

Through guided somatic practices, anatomy-informed movement, reflective inquiry, and a deeply held community, you’ll learn how to listen inward, reshape your internal landscape, and lead your life from the inside → out.

You don’t need to become someone new. You need to remember how to inhabit yourself fully.

Spaces are intentionally limited to preserve the depth, intimacy, and support that make this work transformative—just like my 1:1 sessions, teacher trainings, and retreats, which consistently sell out.

Spots are first-come, first-served, so if you feel a strong pull to join, I highly recommend securing your spot on the waitlist.

What’s ready to emerge inside you is waiting—step in.

What People Are Saying

  • “Spiritually, I feel aligned. Like I'm able to listen to myself, I'm not in a fury of anxiety, urgency, and rush anymore. I feel a sense of appreciation and leaning into confidence even in uncertainty.”

  • “G is able to guide a group of relative strangers through practices and discussions that bring people together close in such a short time. You learn as much about others as yourself if you're willing to listen,”

  • “Well-planned and developed container to explore deep presence: what habits and patterns may be time to let go of; and how we may bring the learnings and our sense of self back to our day-to-day world.”

Fieldwork is not about fixing yourself.
It’s about learning how to listen, reorganize, and live from within.

The work unfolds in three phases.
Each phase weaves together Embodied Awareness, Structural Intelligence, Nervous System Stewardship, and Philosophy, Myth & Metaphor—so change is felt, understood, integrated, and sustained.

01
Embodied
Awareness

Learning to listen from within is the ground of all change. It’s about cultivating the ability to sense, track, and stay present with the inner experience—without overriding it, analyzing it away, or becoming overwhelmed by it.

Awareness is not passive observation. It is a relational skill: learning how to meet sensation, emotion, impulse, and stillness with curiosity and discernment. This is where unconscious patterns to come into view, not as problems to solve, but as signals asking for attention. Awareness becomes the doorway to choice.

The Four Pillars of Fieldwork

02
Structural
Intelligence

Understanding the architecture you live in brings clarity to how your body reflects lived experience. Rooted in anatomy, biomechanics, and movement science, we treat the structure as dynamic rather than applying rigid corrective models.

Muscles, fascia, joints, and posture are understood as responsive systems shaped by habit, history, and environment. Physical patterns are intelligent adaptations. Understanding structure creates both containment and permission—the safety to explore change, and the freedom to move differently.

03
Nervous System
Stewardship

Creating safety allows change to land in lasting transformation—so insight doesn’t overwhelm and new patterns can stabilize. Through breath, rhythm, sensation tracking, and downshifting practices, you learn to recognize stress responses as protective strategies rather than obstacles, and to work with them skillfully.

This pillar ensures that excavation is gentle, repatterning is sustainable, and embodiment is resilient. Instead of forcing growth, the nervous system is supported to expand naturally—allowing more presence, creativity, and agency over time.

04
Philosophy, Myth
& Metaphor

Humans don’t transform through mechanics alone—we transform through meaning. We weave philosophy, myth, archetype, and metaphor into the work, offering a symbolic language that helps integrate experience beyond cognition. Metaphor gives shape to sensation and emotion. Archetype allows identity to be explored fluidly rather than fixed.

Philosophy is not abstract—it is lived. It translates bodily experience into understanding, and understanding into authorship—so you carry a narrative that supports who you’re becoming, rather than who you’ve been conditioned to be.

The Curriculum

Phase 1: The Undercurrents

  • Explore the underground layers of your inner landscape. Build awareness of subconscious patterns and locate where tension, habit, and story are held in your body.

  • Observe the subconscious strata and energetic architecture that shape your patterns. Deepen your capacity to notice subconscious impulses and emotional undercurrents without judgment.

  • Bring buried stories and sensations into awareness with curiosity and compassion. Trace breath pathways, uncover emotional imprints, and create space for transformation.

Phase 2: Pathway Carving

  • Experiment with new directions for your body, mind, and energy. Soften bracing patterns, reveal tissue memory, and begin to expand your internal map.

  • Map autonomic and cognitive patterns, notice loops and habitual responses. Clear debris, smooth terrain, and redirect pathways toward alignment and ease.

  • Engage deeper layers of your nervous system and inherited patterns. Gently reroute outdated structures to create new, sustainable ways of moving, sensing, and being.

Phase 3: The Open Field

  • Explore the story you tell yourself and uncover the unconscious narratives shaping your behavior. Reclaim authorship with clarity, compassion, and embodied insight.

  • Step into the story you want to inhabit and experiment with archetypal qualities. Integrate these shifts into your physiology, presence, and inner leadership.

  • Solidify your embodied leadership and inner guidance. Expand awareness of how your inner landscape interacts with your outer life, and carry these patterns into aligned action.
