VOL 1
SPRING 26’
A study in the unseen architecture of self.
Fieldwork is a 9-week immersion into the subconscious strata—where you shake up old foundations, reprogram internal patterns, and learn to lead from the intelligence of your body.
For those who can feel the next version of themselves but haven’t yet learned how to live from there.
Breakthroughs don’t come from trying harder—they come from going deeper. From meeting the person beneath conditioning, learning the language of your body and subconscious, and creating change at the root.

If you’re done living in default mode, and are aware that the old ways of moving, coping, and striving no longer fit.
If you are ready to feel at home in your body, dismantle inherited patterns, and build bone deep self-trust that doesn’t collapse under pressure.
If you’re ready to become aware of your subconscious patterns, have that self awareness as your anchor, and inhabit your body as a place of refuge.
Through somatic practices, anatomy-informed movement, and neuroanatomy teachings that reveal the patterns shaping your mind and body, you’ll sharpen your inner awareness, reshape your internal landscape, and lead your life from the inside → out.
All while supported by deeply held community.
The Four Pillars of Fieldwork
01
Embodied Awareness
Learning to listen from within is the ground of all change. It’s about cultivating the ability to sense, track, and stay present with your inner experience—without overriding, analyzing, or collapse.
Awareness is not passive; it’s relational. It’s the skill of meeting sensation, emotion, impulse, and stillness with curiosity and discernment. This is where unconscious patterns come into view—not as problems to solve, but as signals asking for attention. Awareness becomes the doorway to choice.
In our work together, you’ll develop the capacity to notice patterns as they arise, attune to the subtleties of your internal experience, and integrate that into your daily life. Over time, this deepened sensory literacy allows you to move through life with clarity and intention, responding to life from a grounded, self-aware place instead of autopilot.
02
Structural Intelligence
Understanding the architecture you live in brings clarity to how your body reflects lived experience. Rooted in anatomy, biomechanics, and movement science, we treat the body as a dynamic system rather than a fixed model.
Muscles, fascia, joints, and posture are recognized as responsive systems shaped by habit, history, and environment. Physical patterns are intelligent adaptations. Understanding the body provides both containment and permission—the trust to explore change, and the freedom to move differently.
By learning how movement, effort, and safety are connected between the brain and body, you’ll understand how movement and thought patterns are formed—and how to reshape them. Understanding the body creates both containment and permission: the safety to explore change, and the freedom to move differently.
03
Nervous System Stewardship
Creating safety in the nervous allows change to land—so insight doesn’t overwhelm and new patterns can stabilize. Through neuromuscular re-education and applied neuroplasticity, we work with how the brain and body map movement, effort, and safety. This pillar ensures that excavation is gentle and repatterning is sustainable. Instead of forcing growth, the nervous system is supported to expand naturally—allowing more presence and agency over time.
Stress responses and habitual patterns are understood as protective strategies rather than obstacles. By cultivating awareness of internal states and the body’s natural rhythms, you gain the capacity to move through life with presence and agency—rather than driven by automatic patterns.
By understanding how repeated experiences shape neural circuits and physical patterns, you have the power to turn insight into action. Becoming aware of neurological loops and rewire their patterns, which creates the foundation for adaptive presence and sustainable transformation to occur.
04
Relational Philosophy
Humans don’t transform through mechanics alone—we transform through meaning. To open the seam of consciousness is to take a look inside, even beneath the intellect, and into lived experience while held in dialogue with one another. We do this by drawing parallels between ancient Yogic philosophy and modern mind-body theory, allowing insight to emerge not just internally, but relationally—through resonance, contrast, and reflection.
As I do in my retreats, we’ll work with elements of the Yoga Sutras as contemplative anchors: How does this teaching land in modern life? What shifts when it’s seen through another’s eyes? How do these timeless teachings support liberation while we hold the paradox and weight of the world as it is? Philosophy becomes a shared inquiry—one that invites discernment, humility, and depth through community.
Philosophy is not abstract; it’s lived and mirrored. By exploring beliefs, identity, and perception in a collective container, you’re invited to move beneath the surface of personal narrative and into the nature of consciousness itself—where self-trust is strengthened by being seen, witnessed, and met.
Unearth the wisdom of your body so you can step into the spacious, grounded life that has always been growing beneath the surface.
In Their Words
-
"I feel acceptance and emotional stability. Spiritually, I feel aligned. Like I'm able to listen to myself, I'm not in a fury of anxiety, urgency, and rush anymore."

-
"Mentally, this planted a seed of more confidence within me (about making decisions etc.), and it brought me closer to become this kind of person I want to be."

-
"I feel a sense of peace that I can continue to provide myself when my mind gets turbulent. I've held onto the discussions we had and continue to incorporate them into my daily life."

For those who feel the pull toward something greater,
but haven’t yet learned how to live from there…
○
You’re a creative visionary who endlessly reimagines what’s possible—but shifting from doing → being has felt just out of reach, which has left you stuck in the yearning.
○
You’re aware of your self-limiting beliefs and you’re ready to grow beyond the shape you took to meet others’ expectations. You know you’re meant to expand, not shrink to fit.
○
You’re driven to create and contribute, but you refuse to sacrifice your authenticity in the process. You know your leadership only has impact when you’re rooted in your truth.
○
You feel deeply inspired by the world, yet exhausted by the constant noise, influence, and comparison that pull you away from yourself and into the belief that you’re not enough.
○
You’ve gotten far through effort, discipline, and resilience—but those strategies were inherited. They were never fully yours and now your inner resources feel stretched thin.
○
You desire presence over performance and crave real safety in your body—so you can be guided by your own bone-deep self trust, rather than the demands around you.
Why This Work Exists
My background is formal: anatomy, education, movement science, bodywork. But what I’ve learned is this—
Wisdom doesn’t live in textbooks alone. It lives in tissue. The breath. The posture. In the pause.
Here, we don’t just learn about the nervous system—we tend to it. We don’t just analyze patterns—we feel where they live. We don’t override protection—we listen to it and renegotiate.
This is where anatomical knowledge meets the lived experience of being human.
And that’s not something meant to be done in isolation. Self-trust deepens when it’s mirrored back to us. In this space, you’re not asked to arrive “healed” (because what does that even mean), “regulated” (more on that later) or “ready.” I invite you to arrive as you are—and you'll be met there.
This kind of work is intimate… you’ll unearth roots, trace old pathways, and loosen identities that once kept you safe.
You’ll reveal what lives beneath the surface.
Bring buried roots and unconscious maps into view.
Interrupt default mode and open new internal pathways.
In that space, something shifts.
You move through life differently. You choose with more clarity and less urgency. You trust your internal cues. You lead from your body—not from fear, performance, or old conditioning.
And quietly, without force—your story to supports who you’re becoming.
The Fieldwork Arc
The Undercurrents
Weeks 1-3
This is the phase of descent—the groundwork of transformation.
Here, you turn inward to the subtle strata to notice subconscious patterns, emotional undercurrents, and micro-patterns that quietly shape who you are.
We are not trying to change anything just yet—just witness. This is where you map your internal terrain and bring what once on autopilot into view.
You’ll learn to:
map sensation and build somatic literacy
access the subtle, subconscious information your body holds
understand how the nervous system links internal states with automatic responses
tune into inner signals where tension, habit, and story reside
soften into a deeper relationship with your inner world
This layer is about witnessing, not analyzing.Think: effortless awakening.
Unearth: Excavation & Awakening
The Pathway Carving
Weeks 4-6
This is where old pathways soften and new ones form.
We work with the body as an intelligent, adaptive system—not something to fix, but to reorganize—to locate where tension, habit, and story are held.
Muscles, fascia, and posture are living records. What you feel is not random, it’s pattern–and our patterns can be reshaped with careful attention.
You’ll learn to:
explore how muscles, fascia, and breath reflect and influence subconscious patterns
increase the gap between reaction and response
influence movement through embodied cognition
reshape new postural and holding patterns
cultivate conditions for adaptive inner architecture
This is where you explore with new directions for your body, mind, and energy, to rewrite and expand your internal map.
Rewrite: Structure & Repatterning
The Open Field
Weeks 7-9
Here, you live the work.
Your inner landscape is adaptive, steady, and self-guided. Choice is embodied. Direction is internal. Movement, thought, and action are aligned and shaping your movement and behavior.
This is where you are no longer dismantling old structures - you are inhabiting new ones. Your intention and action are aligned, led from your inner landscape.
You’ll learn to:
reinforce safety in the body–mind connection
move from internal coherence rather than external pressure
embody physiological wisdom instead of past protection
re-author through meaning, fluency, and lived experience
integrate a narrative that supports who you’re becoming
This is where your new timeline begins. Where you walk as the person you’ve been becoming.

The Curriculum
-
We start first by dropping in. This is where you’ll begin exploring the underground layers of your inner landscape, and become aware of your adaptive roots of your subconscious. By building safety in the body, you’ll be able to identify where tension, habit, and story are held in your body.
You will:
Recognize inherited patterns of body and mind as adaptations, not identity
Trace the lineage of your thought and movement patterns
Understand the body as a living archive to occupy, not a problem to fix
-
Our patterns and habits are shaped and reinforced by the brain’s constant communication, which create holding patterns in both mind and body. When you recognize when you’re operating from default patterns, you shift to an alternative system that guides your life from intention and awareness.
You will:
Understand somatic patterns and habits through the brain–body feedback loop
Identify autonomic and sensory pathways in the nervous system that reinforce holding patterns
Sense habit formation to disrupt conditioning in real-time
-
In our third week, we we move from the brain to the body on our mats, and work directly with the body in real-time. Here, we practice, share, and are held in community—supporting the unfolding within ourselves and each other.
You will:
Access the subtle, subconscious information your body holds
Locate where tension, habit, and story are held in your body
Build capacity to stay with discomfort without overriding
-
Neuroplasticity is the brain's remarkable, lifelong ability to reorganize itself by forming new neural connections and strengthening existing ones. When you understand how the brain and body communicate, you identify stuck patterns and shift to healthier, adaptive states.
You will:
Understand how repeated experience reshape neural circuits and physical patterns
Identify how habit formation, feedback loops, and motor learning create movement patterns
Examine and modify neurological loops between perception, emotion, and movement
-
The fascial and muscular systems are a map of subconscious holding patterns in both thought and body. When you intentionally redirect disorganized strain patterns, you shift to an integrated and effortless way of being.
You will:
Explore the dialogue between the nervous system, fascia, and muscles
Understand how habitual tension and posture are encoded create feedback loops
Cultivate the conditions for lasting alignment and adaptive postural habits
-
Guided by the Yoga Sutras, we’ll explore how witnessing the fluctuations of the mind illuminate the interplay between body, awareness, and one another. This circle is a shared reflective space—where insights are not just observed, but witnessed, mirrored, and co-anchored in the to support postural and mindful shifts.
You will:
Recognize how fluctuations of the mind mirror habitual patterns in fascia, muscles, and posture
Notice loops and respond consciously, rather than react impulsively
Explore Yoga as a practice of awareness rather than suppression
-
This begins the final phase of The Fieldwork Arc–an invitation to step fully into your future self. You’ve become aware of inherited patterns, re-coded your mind and body, and now it’s time to rewrite your story—embodying the narrative you choose to live.
You will:
Reinforce safety in the body–mind connection
Step into the story you choose to inhabit, and translate it into the body
Embed new patterns in your physiology, and carry them into aligned action
-
Leadership isn’t just what you say—it’s how your body communicates before words are even spoken. Your posture, energy and language shapes how others respond and the influence you carry.
You will:
Understand mirror neurons and how to shift the emotional signal that is sent before words are spoken
Shape your leadership through postural shifts
Develop language that shifts perception from opinion to embodied authority
-
In our final week, we’ll move, breathe, and embody all you’ve uncovered, allowing insight and practice to settle fully into the body. After practice on your mat, we’ll close in our final group circle to integrate and amplify shifts into your life that has always been waiting beneath the surface.
You will:
Move from internal coherence and sensation
Stabilize new patterns into daily life
Integrate a narrative that supports who you’re becoming

The Roots of this Work
I’m Giustina. I’ve spent over a decade teaching people about their body—how to inhabit it, understand it, and relate to it from the inside out. While my work has lived in many places, from retreat centers, college curriculums, yoga teacher trainings, and intimate one-on-one sessions—but at the heart of it all is something much simpler.
Its about meeting ourselves with more honesty. To feel what’s been living beneath the surface and soften long-held patterns stored in the tissues. To build a relationship with the body that feels sustainable, wise, and grounded.
My approach blends yoga, somatics, hands-on bodywork, nervous system literacy, and precise anatomy—not as abstract concepts, but as lived experience. Over 13 years of witnessing one-on-one client transformations, I’ve seen how clarity and agency naturally emerge when one begins understands whats happening beneath the surface—and work with their body, rather than against it. Sustainable change happens through presence, comprehension, and care.
My work weaves:
• the art and science of the body
• the intelligence of sensation
• the precision of biomechanics
• the spaciousness of contemplative practice
• the subtle magic of the inner landscape
When the body becomes intelligible rather than something thought to override or fix, we soften. We trust ourselves more. Support, insight, and agency emerge—not because you’re trying harder, but because you’re fully listening.
I created Fieldwork because wisdom doesn’t live in self help books or the next wellness hack—it lives in our tissues, our breath, our posture, and in our communities. This is a space to return home to yourself gently and skillfully. Where understanding becomes embodied, presence becomes sustainable, and transformation is integrated, rather than extracted. You don’t have to push, perform, or fix anything—just arrive, and allow the transformation to unfold from within you.
