Myofascial Unwinding

Structural Alignment and Pain Relief session combining lineages of Tom Myer’s Facial Release, Dr. Leon Chaitow’s Neuromuscular Therapy, Dr. Janet Travell’s Trigger Point Therapy, and Dr. Ida Rolf’s Structural Integration. These techniques work to reeducate how the fascial, muscular and nervous systems communicate with one another in an effort to reorganize tissue and reorient neural pathways.

60 minute or 90 minute sessions.

Fluency Praxis/1:1 Yoga

One on one session exploring the intersectionality of ancient modalities from the works of Patanjali, with a modern approach through the work of Katonah Yoga®. Therapeutically rooted and prop forward adjustments are given throughout praxis to set up the conditions to move currency throughout the body. This is a collaborative approach to bodywork that supports the practitioner's work in cultivating conditions for inner healing.

75 minute session.

TMJ & Migraine Release

Pain Relief session that works to reeducate tissue and reorient neural pathways specific to addressing migraines and TMJ dysfunction.

30 minute session.
